TERMS OF USE
These terms apply when you play Tahni Arena on tahniarena.com, in an approved portal embed, or from the standalone HTML5 package.
Effective August 23, 2026The current service
Tahni Arena is a free browser strategy game with AI play and local pass-and-play. Online multiplayer, public accounts, chat, advertising, and in-app purchases are not part of the current production release. Local profiles and progress can be lost if browser data is cleared or the device is changed.
Acceptable use
You may play the game for personal entertainment. Do not interfere with the service, probe or overload its infrastructure, distribute modified builds as official releases, use the game to violate law or portal rules, or attempt to access another person's device data.
Game content and ownership
The game code, characters, art, audio, names, and interface are protected content belonging to their respective owners. Playing the game does not transfer ownership. You retain responsibility for the guest or local-profile name you enter; that name is stored only on your device in this release.
Third-party platforms
When you play through CrazyGames, Poki, itch.io, or another distributor, that platform's terms and privacy rules also apply. Platform availability, iframe features, and SDK services are controlled by that platform. Tahni Arena does not promise that local progress will transfer between sites or devices.
Availability and responsibility
The game is provided as available and may be updated, interrupted, or withdrawn. No outcome, uninterrupted availability, or preservation of local progress is guaranteed. To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to direct losses caused by Tahni Arena and excludes indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here removes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Age and updates
You should be at least 13, or the minimum digital-consent age that applies where you live, and have parent or guardian permission when required. Material changes to these terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
